2 out of 3 Crimeans will come to the aid of a colleague who is having difficulties in work

Most Crimeans will come to the aid of those unable to cope with their work on their own initiative, but there are those who will help only after the order of the leadership. Representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the SuperJob search service for high-paying jobs.

2 out of 3 Crimeans themselves will offer help to a colleague who is having problems with his work (50%). % will help if a colleague asks for it. 9% will agree to help only if the management orders. Another 1% will not help their colleagues under any circumstances. The willingness to offer their services is more characteristic of older residents 35 than those who are younger. Respondents with salaries from 24 thousand rubles. are more inclined to show initiative in matters of assistance than those who earn less , — the press service of the service notes.

Men are slightly more likely than women to lend a shoulder to a colleague who is experiencing difficulties in work (76 and 60%, respectively). Among women, the majority of those who prefer to wait for requests for help (33%).
