214 Sevastopol families have already received regional maternity capital in 2026

Payment in the form of regional maternity capital is provided for the second child born on January 1, 2019, provided that it is applied for no earlier than before the child reaches one year of age within the framework of the “Family” national project.

Citizens of the Russian Federation who have been living in Sevastopol for at least one year at the time of filing an application for the assignment of regional maternity capital and who have an average per capita family income below an amount equal to two and a half subsistence minimums established in the city per capita have the right to payment. In 2026, the cost of living is 19,318 rubles per family member per month, and the payment of regional maternity capital is 148,677 rubles.
