50 million rubles «gypsy» from 13 residents of Yalta, the owner of a furniture salon from Krasnodar

The Yalta police, implementing operational information, documented the facts of fraud against 13 local residents, of which a 49-year-old businesswoman from Krasnodar is suspected of committing. The amount of damage caused to the victims amounted to about 50 million rubles.
According to the police, the woman, being the owner of a furniture salon, offered customers to sell their furniture through her store, as well as invest money in her activities, promising high profits. However, in the future, she did not fulfill her obligations, and spent all the finances raised for personal needs, partially paying off her business debts.
The operatives detained the businesswoman and brought her to the investigators of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Yalta, who opened criminal cases on the grounds of crimes under parts 3 and 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
The person involved, who partially compensated the damage to the victims, was charged with the incriminated acts and a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a ban on certain actions. Her property was seized. The investigation is ongoing.
