50 patients with confirmed COVID-19. The situation in Sevastopol

Over the past 24 hours, 4 people have been hospitalized in covid hospitals in Sevastopol. 7 patients have been discharged. At the moment, there are patients in hospitals, of which 50 — with confirmed COVID-19.

In total, 110 beds have been deployed in the city infectious diseases hospital, the first, fifth and ninth city hospitals for the treatment of patients with coronavirus infection and suspected of it. As of the morning of August 7, the city registered 91 a new case of COVID- . No deaths from COVID- were registered during the day. According to Rospotrebnadzor, during the pandemic in Sevastopol, people fell ill with a new coronavirus infection 50 and recovered 83 83, — reported the press service of the Government of Sevastopol.

Now there is a campaign for vaccination against COVID- in the city. Vaccination points have been deployed in polyclinics, feldsher-obstetric stations and rural medical outpatient clinics.

There were no cases of complications after vaccination in the region.

Mass vaccination began in Sevastopol on February 8 2021. As of August 7, more than 373 thousand doses of vaccine have been received. Deliveries are proceeding as planned.
