82 million rubles will be allocated for the development of Sevastopol industrial fishing

From March 25 to April 3, 2026, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Market is accepting documents for subsidizing industrial fishing and fish processing. The state support measure is aimed at strengthening the production potential of the industry and stimulating investment in the modernization of the city’s fishery complex.

Financial support is provided to partially offset costs in two key areas:

Fleet Maintenance:

• repair and modernization of ships;
• updating and equipping with previously unused equipment;
• technical maintenance and technical supervision.
• Purchase of new equipment and machinery:
• refrigeration and fish processing equipment;
• equipment for product packaging;
• specialized vehicles, including imported ones.

Potential participants in the competitive selection must obtain an enhanced qualified electronic signature (ECES) in advance and provide access to the “Electronic Budget” system.

The amount of funding for the program this year compared to 2025 has increased from 75 million rubles to 82 million rubles.

Let us recall that in 2025, total support for fishing organizations and fish farms in Sevastopol amounted to about 156.6 million rubles — these funds were used to pay employees of enterprises, as well as to pay insurance premiums, including compulsory medical insurance.
