A co-working space for entrepreneurs and self-employed in the IT field has opened in Simferopol

A workspace (co-working) for entrepreneurs and self-employed in the IT sector has opened in Simferopol on the basis of the My Business center.
My Business centers are always points of attraction for entrepreneurs in the regions. Today’s opening is especially interesting, as this is the space for IT specialists to work.— the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic of Crimea quotes the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Ilyushnikova.
According to the official, in the Crimea, high growth rates of employment in SMEs, which exceed the average for Russia. The number of people employed in the SME sector in the Republic of Crimea in 2022 amounted to more than 340 thousand people, which is 8.4% more than in 2021.
In turn, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Crimean government, Irina Kiviko, noted that the coworking was opened on behalf of the Head of the Republic, Sergei Aksyonov, who was approached by entrepreneurs in the IT sector during the Business Crimea 2021 forum with a request to help create a coworking center .
Now we are opening this center. More than 60 entrepreneurs in the IT industry are now being trained on the basis of the Entrepreneurship House, so it is very important that they will have the opportunity to have a workspace for their activities. So far, there are 10 jobs here, but it is important that we responded to the request of the business. You can come and work for free— said Irina Kiviko.
Tatyana Ilyushnikova and Irina Kiviko got acquainted with the possibilities of the My Business center and co-working. The coworking space accommodates 10 workplaces, is equipped with furniture — tables, chairs, sofas and poufs and free internet access.
Entrepreneurs and the self-employed will be able to work here, as well as receive free advice on running their own business in Crimea and find suitable support measures.
The construction of the coworking space began in January 2023 and lasted about two months.
