From October 10 to October 20, 2025 inclusive, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Market is conducting a competitive selection to provide subsidies to participants in the food and processing industry.
The funds will be used to reimburse part of the costs incurred associated with the acquisition and installation of previously unused technological equipment, as well as for the production of canned food and preserves from aquatic biological resources.
In 2025, 40 million rubles have been allocated from the city budget for the implementation of this support measure. These funds will make it possible to compensate for part of the investments of enterprises in the modernization of production lines, which, in turn, contributes to the growth of the output of quality products, the creation of new jobs and the strengthening of food security in the region.
To participate in the competition you must:
1. To issue an enhanced qualified electronic signature (ECES) is a prerequisite for submitting an application.
2. Provide access to the “Electronic Budget” system, through which documents are submitted.
3. Submit an application from October 10 to October 20, 2025 inclusive.
All documents are submitted exclusively electronically.
