A complex of façade works is being completed in the building of the situation center in Artek

At the Situation Center facility, which is being built on the territory of the Artek International Children’s Center in Crimea, a complex of facade work is being completed. This was reported by the press service of the “Unified Customer in the Construction Industry”.

The building of the situation center with an area of ​​more than 2.5 thousand square meters. meters is intended to accommodate Artek employees who manage the engineering support of the children’s center, as well as security workers. It will accommodate almost 90 jobs. Currently, a complex of facade works is being completed at the site, which includes insulation and finishing of the building facades, as well as installation of stained glass windows— said Karen Oganesyan, General Director of PPK “Single Customer”.

To date, the site has already completed work on engineering protection of the territory, installation of the roof and installation of elevator equipment. Work is also underway on rough finishing of the premises, installation of engineering systems and installation of utility networks for the facility.

In the situation center, duty operators will monitor security and fire protection systems and control the operation of infrastructure facilities, which will allow them to respond as quickly as possible to possible incidents on the territory of the entire Artek International Children’s Center.

A central control room will appear in the five-story building of the situation center, designed to accommodate operators of security systems, IT infrastructure, communication systems and monitoring of engineering infrastructure. There will also be a conference room, premises of structural divisions, offices of management personnel, server rooms and all necessary auxiliary premises.

At the final stage of construction, the surrounding area of ​​the building will be landscaped and landscaped– added the company’s press service.
