A Crimean woman is among the winners of the “State” competition track of the “Flagships of Education” project
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Ekaterina Zubkova has been working in the field of public administration of education and youth policy since 2021, starting her service in municipal authorities. Since June of this year, as Deputy Minister, he has been involved in supporting state programs in the field of education, coordinating financial and economic planning, as well as improving the financial support system. Participation in the “State” competition track became an opportunity for her to get acquainted with the best practices in the development of human resources, state and municipal management in the field of education.
The final event took place at the State University of Management and completed the competitive track, designed to help teachers understand the government system, laws and history of Russia in order to develop civic maturity, patriotism and respect for traditions in schoolchildren. The “State” track included an online course with lectures from leading experts in the field of law, politics and social sciences, practical assignments, testing and a final interview.
An important result of the final event will be a collection of best practices in civic education from the winners of the track — methodological developments for teaching topics related to government and civic literacy. These materials can be scaled up in schools, colleges and universities across the country. The collection will become a living tool for the project: it is planned to update it and supplement it with new practices.
The winners will be able to enter the personnel reserves of the education system at various levels, as well as become experts in the “Constellation of Education Flagships” community and share their experience at the largest platforms in the country.
The “Education Flagships” project is carried out as part of the implementation of the federal project “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” of the national project “Youth and Children” with the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).
