A large-scale gala event dedicated to the Day of Russian Student Teams took place at the KIPU named after Fevzi Yakubov. The festive concert brought together several generations of movement participants on one site: honored veterans, active fighters and ambitious candidates just starting their journey in the ranks of student brigades. The event became a symbol of the continuity of traditions and confirmation of the high status of student groups of Crimea at the federal level.
Student teams of Crimea annually confirm their professionalism, consistently occupying leading positions in all-Russian rankings in various areas of activity. As part of the solemn program, the participants and guests of the holiday made a unique excursion into the history of the student brigade movement on the peninsula. Through thematic performances and archival materials, viewers were able to trace the path of the organization’s formation in Crimea, remembering the key labor achievements of past years and the heroic achievements of its predecessors.
The highlight of the evening was the official awards ceremony, during which the best representatives of the movement were recognized. During the event, special attention was paid to the upcoming anniversary: in 2026, the movement of student groups in Crimea will celebrate its 60th anniversary. This significant date marks the enormous path traveled by thousands of soldiers who, with their labor, built and developed the region.
I join in the words of congratulations. Over the years, Russian student groups have repeatedly served as an example. First of all, the organization serves as an example of the fact that this is the most united command association of the Republic of Crimea. Those people who stood at the origins of the organization, and today continue to help their like-minded people develop and become better. Soldiers of Russian student groups are always with us, with the youth of the Republic of Crimea: both at positive, popular youth events, and when help is really needed, and there is no queue of volunteers. The fighters of the student squads always roll up their sleeves, go forward and do what they really have to do and what they sincerely believe in, – shared Alexey Zinchenko, Chairman of the State Committee for Youth Policy of the Republic of Crimea.
Day of Russian student groups – This is a celebration of creation, youth and fidelity to tradition. Today, the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups is rightfully considered one of the strongest in the country: our fighters annually confirm their professionalism in federal labor projects, taking leading positions in the ratings. The gala concert became for us not only an occasion to celebrate the best, but also an opportunity to express deep gratitude to our veterans. It was their experience that became the foundation on which we build the modern movement. We look at our history with pride, but our eyes are fixed on the future,” noted Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.
The gala concert once again confirmed that the movement of Russian student groups in Crimea remains one of the most dynamic and authoritative youth organizations, capable of uniting people of different ages for the sake of a common goal and the prosperity of their native land.
