Domestic gas explosion in collapsed high-rise building in Sevastopol completely excluded, regional governor Mikhail Razvozhaev told reporters.

At the moment, a domestic gas explosion has been completely ruled out; this was confirmed by all the specialists who examined the site. The exact cause remains under investigation. After examination by criminologists and explosives experts, the version will be put forward by law enforcement officers, — he said.

Let us remind you: emergency happened on Tuesday night. At 00:29, the regional governor, Mikhail Razvozhaev, reported that an explosion occurred in the house on Pavel Korchagin Street, 14. There was a partial collapse of a wall in one of the apartments on the 1st floor and a partial collapse of internal ceilings and structures from the 1st to 3rd floors. In a neighboring building, apartments in two entrances caught fire. People were evacuated from two houses.
