A large ejection of plasma occurred in the sun — flows go towards the earth
Krympress reports:
A large ejection of plasma occurred in the sun on Friday morning. According to the Laboratory of Sunny Astronomy of the Institute of Space Research and the Institute of Sun Earth Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the flows are directed towards the Earth.
About an hour ago, a strong flash of level M1.5, accompanied by a large ejection of plasma towards the Earth, was registered in the sun … Over the past 3-4 days, several plasma emissions were registered, but directed past the planet— the scientists informed.
The outbreak occurred in the largest active centers observed in the sun, located exactly on the Sun-Milk line and this practically does not leave the plasma cloud of chance to pass by the planet, the laboratory specified. At the same time, the probability remains that the plasma will not be able to gain sufficient speeds for separation from the sun.
After 2-3 hours, observations of solar coronographs should be carried out, which will directly show or do not show the appearance of an emitted substance in the vicinity near the Sun. Based on visual observations, the event is large and should, if it confirms its departure from the Sun, reach the planet in the afternoon on Sunday, October 5— added to the laboratory.
Strong magnetic storms are fixed on the ground for several days contract. As previously explained by the head of the Laboratory of Sunny Astronomy of the Institute of Space Research and the Institute of Sun Earth Physics, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Sergey Kuzin, now processes associated with energy emission are taking place in the sun. Moreover, one side is more active than the second. The surge is due to the fact that the part of the Sun, on which almost all areas are active, turned to the ground. Such activity, in all likelihood, will be visible about two more weeks.
