12 On February in Simferopol on the basis of the sports complex «Crimea-Sport» a large-scale wrestling tournament Crimea Open will be held.
Athletes from the Crimea, Sevastopol and other regions of the Southern Federal District will take part in the competition. The organizer of the tournament was the Wrestling Federation of the Republic of Crimea and the club of mixed martial arts «Fighting Rus'». The strongest will be determined in five age categories: boys and girls — years, boys and girls 14-11 years old, older boys and girls 16-17 years, juniors and juniors 18-19 years, men and women 20 years and older. In total, 80 sets of awards will be raffled off. There will also be demonstration performances (unofficial competitions) among the youngest athletes — aged 6-7, 8-9 and -11 years (30 sets of awards), reports Krymsky Sport.
The winners and prize-winners of the competitions will be awarded with medals, diplomas and valuable prizes. According to the results of the tournament, the teams of the Crimea in grappling wrestling of the corresponding ages will be formed.
