The construction of a wholesale distribution center was completed in the Chistenkoye settlement of the Simferopol region of the Republic of Crimea. The total investment for the implementation of the project amounted to more than 10 billion rubles, the Crimean Ministry of Industry and Trade reported.
The created ORC is a modern class “A” logistics complex, equipped with advanced technological solutions. It includes robotic systems, elements of artificial intelligence, and a developed warehouse and transport infrastructure. Particular attention is paid to import independence: over 92% of equipment and systems are supplied by Russian manufacturers, which increases the reliability and sustainability of logistics processes. The area of the complex is 58.9 thousand square meters. m, of which 52.7 thousand sq. m are warehouse premises. The one-time capacity of the facility reaches 60 thousand pallet spaces, the total volume of the warehouse area is 102 thousand cubic meters. m. The center will be equipped with nine temperature storage modes, which will allow working with a wide range of goods. Commissioning of the facility is scheduled for December 2025.
The Federation’s project provides for compensation for the cost of construction and installation work in the amount of 1.2 billion rubles, according to the instructions of the President of Russia. The Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Crimea Anushavan Aghajanyan, who toured the center, noted that a wholesale distribution center of such a scale is a serious step forward for the trade industry of the entire peninsula.
