A memorial plaque to Ruslan Umerov, a fellow countryman, patriot, hero of the Northern Military District, was opened in Kerch

Today, a solemn rally dedicated to the opening of a memorial plaque to Ruslan Umerov, who died during the SVO, took place at the Kerch Technological College.
The opening ceremony of the memorial plaque named after Ruslan Refatovich Umerov, a graduate of this educational institution, was attended by relatives of the serviceman, deputy head of the city administration Abdulla Bazakov, deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Baturenko, representatives of city authorities, teachers and students of the technical school.
The speakers expressed words of support and sincere condolences to the relatives of the soldier who gave his life in the line of military duty, thanked for the upbringing of a real hero.
The teacher of school No. 28, the curator of the group, friends — those who personally knew Ruslan Umerov, as an honest, faithful friend, a patriot of his country, spoke with warmth about Ruslan.
He was only 20 years old … It is hard to talk about losses, and when very young people leave life, it is doubly hard and painful. In memory of Ruslan Umerov, holder of the Order of Courage, the students planted a tree, the people of Kerch laid flowers at the memorial plaque. This commemorative badge will remind of loyalty to duty, dedication and courage of the hero.
