A resident of the Saki region killed his dough. The criminal case went to court
The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 42-year-old resident of the village of Uyutnoye, Saki region, accused of murdering a 65-year-old father-in-law and causing moderate harm to the health of a 60-year-old mother-in-law (Part 1 of Article 105, Part 1 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The investigative department for the city of Saki established that on the afternoon of January 25, a man in an apartment on Kirova Street in the village of Uyutnoye during a feast inflicted multiple punches and kicks to the head and torso of his relative. After this, the defendant struck his father-in-law several times in the face, then hit him with a kitchen knife. The victim died from his injuries.
The attacker was identified and detained in cooperation with police officers.
The defendant confessed, and during the investigative actions he described in detail the circumstances of the crime committed against relatives. At the request of the investigator, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention, — the department’s press service reported.
All necessary investigative actions have been completed. The investigation of the criminal case has been completed and it has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
