A retro exhibition of Christmas tree decorations was presented in Evpatoria

The display cases contain toys and beads made from pressed cotton wool, embossed cardboard, and glass. All exhibits are divided into thematic sections dedicated to fairy-tale characters, space exploration, animals, kitchen items, and fruits.

In the center of the hall there is a Christmas tree decorated with retro toys. Below it are placed more than 20 figures of Father Frosts and Snow Maidens, made in the 1930s-1960s.

The museum began collecting a New Year’s collection of Christmas tree decorations in 2000 during the “Give the Museum a Toy” campaign. Now the institution’s funds contain more than 500 Christmas tree decorations and more than 100 New Year’s cards, — reported the press service of the administration of Yevpatoria.
