He turned out to be a 41-year-old resident of the Leninsky district, who arrived in the Crimean capital to earn money. An investigator from police department No. 3 “Central” opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of up to five years. Currently, the defendant has been detained and a preventive measure in the form of detention has been chosen for him.
