Since January 1, 2026, two separate territorial bodies of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography have been created on the peninsula — in Sevastopol and in the Republic of Crimea.

The Office of Rosreestr for Sevastopol exercises its powers to account and register real estate and transactions with it in the territory of the city of Sevastopol and is located at the address: 299011, Sevastopol, Mayakovsky Street, building 8 (GUM building, 3rd floor).
