A tree fell on a woman in Kerch. Investigators of the Investigative Committee of Russia are investigating

The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol reported:

During monitoring of social networks, information was revealed about a woman passing by being injured. It was established that a resident of Kerch was injured as a result of a tree falling on her in Maysky Lane. It is also reported that there have been repeated complaints about this fact to local authorities.

On behalf of the head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, Vladimir Terentyev, the investigative unit opened a criminal case under Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Negligence”).

During the investigation, a legal assessment will be given to the authorized specialized services responsible for maintaining the green fund and maintaining the territory where the incident occurred.
