Acceptance of applications for the purchase of apartments in the I stage of standard housing in the city of Saki is open

The Crimean Republican Fund for the Development of Housing Construction and Mortgage Lending, a non-profit organization, begins accepting applications for the purchase of standard housing in an apartment building located at 17 Naberezhnaya Street in the city of Saki.

The object was implemented as part of the construction of standard housing. The budget of the Republic of Crimea provides funds to provide housing for medical, pedagogical workers, disabled people, state and municipal employees, and other categories of citizens included in the register of citizens entitled to purchase standard housing. These categories of citizens have the right to apply for social benefits in the amount of up to 30% of the cost of housing— quotes the press service of the Minister of Housing Policy and State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Crimea Nikita Tarasov.

Citizens included in the register of citizens eligible to purchase standard housing can apply to the Fund with an application for the purchase of standard housing from March 2 to March 31, 2023.

The Fund will consider applications for the acquisition of standard housing after the deadline for their acceptance in the order of priority of citizens in the register of citizens entitled to purchase standard housing.
