Employees of the State traffic inspectorate of Feodosia are checking the fact of an accident, as a result of which minors were injured. As specified in the traffic police, the accident happened the night before (at 20:20) on Russkaya Street.
A 16-year-old boy, not having the right to drive a vehicle of the corresponding category, moving at night with a minor passenger, born in 2007, on a pit bike in the city of Feodosia along Russkaya Street, from the side of the street. On May 1, in the direction of Slavyansky Lane, he incorrectly chose the distance to the car moving in the same direction in front, did not choose a speed that would provide him with the possibility of constant control over the movement and collided with a Mercedes-Benz car driven by a 44-year-old driver who was carrying out right turn. As a result of the accident, minors were injured and hospitalized in a medical facility— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
The accident is under investigation and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
