Accident in the Leninsky district of Crimea — a 15-year-old mopedist was injured

The state traffic inspectorate is investigating the circumstances of an accident in the Leninsky district of Crimea, in which a minor mopedist suffered. As specified in the traffic police, the accident happened the day before (at 17:25) in the village of Ilyichevo.
At the intersection of Kommunarov and Vinogradnaya streets, a 15-year-old moped driver, moving along a secondary road, while passing an unregulated intersection, did not provide an advantage in traffic to the Lada Kalina car located on the main road. As a result of the collision, a minor mopedist was injured and was taken to a district hospital with a leg injury.— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
On the fact of a traffic accident, an inspection is being carried out, the employees of the State traffic inspectorate are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
It was established that the minor was driving a moped belonging to his father. The guy did not receive a driver’s license, which gives the right to drive vehicles, he did not undergo appropriate training.
The employees of the State traffic inspectorate in relation to the owner of the motor vehicle drew up a protocol under Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Transfer of control of the vehicle to a person who obviously does not have the right to drive a vehicle). The offense entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles. The moped is placed in a specialized parking lot— specified in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
