Rosreestr celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2023.
Using the most advanced technologies, Rosreestr does not stop there, making the quality of the provision of public services fast, affordable and efficient. To date, the most popular services of Rosreestr are available in electronic form, namely state registration of rights, cadastral registration, obtaining information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate, — quotes the press service Head of the Office of Rosreestr for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol Oles Kalinkin.
Every year, the share of services provided by Rosreestr in electronic form is growing, as it saves time, eliminates the human factor, and reduces the cost of state duty and payment for providing information. Thus, in the first quarter of 2023, Goskomregistr improved the dynamics of the provision of electronic services by 10.69% compared to the same period in 2022, including the indicator of electronic registration of DDU (share agreement) increased by 59.38%. While Sevreestr in the first quarter of 2023 increased the rate for registration of mortgages in electronic form by 19.27% and the rate of electronic registration of DDU by 19.32%.
For the convenience of applicants, Rosreestr has developed about 30 electronic services that help, without contacting department specialists, to get answers to many questions related to real estate registration.
The most popular services of the department are «Life situations», «Online reference information», «Personal account of the copyright holder»:
- life situations. Using this service, you can independently obtain a list of documents required to perform a particular registration action in relation to real estate. To do this, you need to select the type of object with which the transaction is planned, the type of operation (purchase and sale, donation, inheritance) and answer a few questions. Based on the results, a complete list of necessary documents will be formed, as well as the term for the provision of services and the amount of state duty.
- Reference information on real estate objects online. The service allows you to get free public information about the object, its exact address, cadastral value, as well as the presence of registered restrictions (encumbrances) of rights in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN). The object can be found by cadastral (conditional) number or address. The information will be useful to potential buyers and professional participants in the real estate market.
- Owner’s personal account. Here the owner can see information about his property. The «My objects» section contains information about real estate (cadastral number, address, area, cadastral value of the object, information about rights, restrictions on rights) regardless of the owner’s place of residence. Through the «Personal Account» you can submit documents for cadastral registration and registration of rights to real estate, track the status of the execution of public services. Also, using the service, you can receive SMS messages or emails about changes in the characteristics of the property, about the restriction (encumbrance) of the right, about the fact of imposing or terminating the seizure of property and other changes.
