AI helped analyze more than 30 thousand requests from Crimeans on a direct line with the President of the Russian Federation

AI helped in quickly finding the responsible authorities based on tens of thousands of requests. Crimean students and volunteers helped in receiving applications and returning them to the AI. Over the course of a year, almost a third of requests were fully or partially resolved. The rest remain at work. The most common areas of complaints from residents of the peninsula: pensions and benefits, healthcare, housing and communal services.

The Popular Front reported to the President on the results of using artificial intelligence. The use of AI made it possible to quickly analyze more than 2.5 million requests for PL — 2024. In 2025, a multi-agent system based on GigaChat with 5,000 AI agents was launched, which in minutes determines those responsible with 94% accuracy and independently distributes requests.

AI is able to prioritize requests that require immediate action. Particular attention to appeals from disabled people, families with many children, orphans, and veterans of the Northern Military District.

Last year, GigaChat performed a very important function: it transcribed video and audio messages from citizens. We also used AI capabilities to process and analyze questions. We expect that already this year, as soon as the Direct Line goes live, all departments will receive their requests and immediately, instantly, will begin to work with them, — The head of the Executive Committee of the Popular Front, Mikhail Kuznetsov, reported to the president.

As part of the upcoming Direct Line at the end of the year, we will again use GigaChat, Sber’s language model, which has already shown its effectiveness in analyzing and systematizing a huge array of citizen requests, – Russian President Vladimir Putin noted in his speech at the international conference AI Journey 2025 “Journey into the World of Artificial Intelligence”.
