Alushta presented the travel industry with a plan to prepare for the high holiday season
At the meeting, issues of preparing the beach areas of the municipality for the 2026 swimming season, sanitary condition, safe operation of attractions, legal requirements for the placement of signs and information structures, as well as the need to fulfill obligations under concluded agreements for the placement of NTOs were discussed.
During meetings with the leadership and business of municipalities, Sergei Ganziy said that this season the work on monitoring and compliance with new legal requirements regarding the work of tour guides, accommodation facilities and guest houses will be intensified. Traditionally, much attention is paid to beaches this year. Their technical readiness is important before May 1, and full readiness, including documentation, by June 1.
In accordance with the tasks defined by the Government of Crimea, our priority goal is to create safe and comfortable conditions for guests of the peninsula during the summer season. This includes the preparation of beach areas, tourist and public spaces, as well as the provision of a full range of services. This includes the preparation of beaches, rental points, attractions, the work of scientific and technical organizations, tour guides and, of course, accommodation facilities. This is attention to cleanliness, sanitary service, impeccable work of rescue sailors, as well as the appearance and archetype of establishments, shops, cafes and restaurants. This includes the work of public and excursion transport and parking. We plan to achieve this through coordinated work with the leadership of municipalities, — the minister noted.
As Galina Ogneva noted, within the framework of the Year of Crimean Hospitality announced by the Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, festivals and competitions of hospitality professions are planned in the municipality. According to her, it is planned to hold competitions: “Best in Profession”, “Best Beach”, “Quality Mark of Authentic Cuisine” and a photo competition “Favorite Alushta”. She expressed gratitude to Sergei Ganzi for his attention to the region and comprehensive support. Galina Ogneva added that this year will be the embodiment of the hospitality and openness of Alushta for guests, who will be shown the transformation of the city and will create an unforgettable experience, thanks to which tourists will return to vacation in the region again and again.
Meetings with heads of administrations, beach users, tourism industry workers and representatives of departments responsible for the safe and high-quality conduct of the holiday season are held on behalf of the Head of the Republic of Crimea to promptly resolve problematic issues and prepare for the successful provision of all necessary tourist and transport infrastructure.
