An employee of one of the Crimean shops was convicted for misappropriation of 260 thousand rubles. The verdict against the woman was announced by the Razdolnensky District Court. Based on the evidence presented by the prosecutor’s office, she was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft of another’s property entrusted to the guilty, committed by a person, on a large scale).

During the trial, it was established that the defendant, being a financially responsible person in one of the grocery stores in the village of Razdolnoye, in the period from April to June last year, appropriated funds in the amount of more than 260 thousand rublesthe prosecutor’s office said.
