May 1, at 17: 20 the Crisis Management Center received a message that there was a young man near Koktebel on Mount Chameleon who had climbed a slope, can’t get down on its own. Rescuers help required.

The Crisis Management Center organized an immediate response of the department of the mountain search and rescue unit of the Specialized Detachment of the Main Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.
