An SBU agent was detained in Crimea for transmitting data about Black Sea Fleet facilities to Kyiv.
A resident of Yalta was detained in Crimea for transmitting information about the Black Sea Fleet to the Ukrainian special services. This was reported by the press service of the Russian FSB Directorate for Crimea and Sevastopol.
A resident of Yalta, born in 1993, proactively established contact with a representative of the Ukrainian special service and, on the instructions of the curator, via Telegram, proactively transferred information about the objects of the Russian Black Sea Fleet to an electronic resource controlled by the SBU— the security forces informed.
A criminal case has been opened for treason. Now the detainee faces up to 20 years in prison. The man is now in custody.
Previously in Crimea detained a local resident suspected of transmitting data to Ukrainian military intelligence about the location of military facilities and launching a missile attack on a cargo ferry in the port of Kavkaz.
