The Russian Armed Forces prevented an attempt by Kiev to carry out a massive drone attack on facilities located in the Republic of Crimea. This was announced on Wednesday by the official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.
An attempt by the Kyiv regime to carry out a massive drone attack on the objects of the Crimean peninsula has been prevented. Six Ukrainian strike unmanned vehicles were shot down by air defense systems. Four more Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been disabled by means of electronic warfare. No casualties or destruction on earth allowed— said Konashenkov.
In addition, over the past day, Russian air defense forces shot down 15 Ukrainian drones in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Also the day before, Russian electronic warfare systems (EW) suppressed an attempt by Ukrainian drones to attack civilian targets in the Krasnodar Territory and Adygea. Both enemy UAVs lost control and deviated from the flight path without reaching the targets.
As for the «Crimean details», in his well-known social activist Alexander Talipov spoke about two “suppressed” drones that fell in an open field in the Sak area.
