Are they born fools? In Yalta, teenagers “shot” a woman with a toy gun
While monitoring the Internet, police identified a publication about illegal actions against an employee of a municipal institution in the city, according to which two minors shot plastic balls from a toy pistol at a woman who was performing her job duties. Based on this fact, employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Yalta initiated an investigation, during which the identities of the juvenile offenders were established; they turned out to be schoolchildren aged 11 and 13 years.
In relation to the parents of minors, administrative protocols were drawn up under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure of parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill duties for the maintenance and upbringing of minors” and sent for consideration to the City Commission on Minors.
The incident, which caused a wide public outcry, did not go unnoticed by the responsible structures: the Department of Education and Youth Policy, the leadership of the educational institution and the administration of the city of Yalta quickly became involved in its detailed consideration.
A meeting was held with the participation of the victim, the legal representatives of the children and police officers, — reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.
The police remind parents of the importance of monitoring the behavior of children and holding preventive conversations with them about the inadmissibility of illegal actions, as well as respect for the work of workers in any field. This case emphasizes the need for constant attention to the education of the younger generation and the formation in them of a responsible attitude towards others.
