On the last direct line with the President from Crimea, 260 requests were received regarding the work of public transport, the year before there were 154.

The absolute first place in complaints is violation of the traffic schedule, 2nd — problems with traffic in the evening, then continuing price increases. The fewest signals were regarding the lack of schedules at stops. In addition, some complaints came from public transport drivers themselves, for example, about parking of taxis and cars in trolleybus pockets at a number of stops in Simferopol.
