Mysterious dreams, fairy-tale worlds and bold fantasies will come to life thanks to the Dream Catchers performance by the Plasticine Rain street theater. The show of one of the leading street theaters in Russia will be shown on May 27 as part of the opening of the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries.

On May 27, 2023, Meganom Academy of Creative Industries officially begins its activities as an educational center. The performance «Dreamcatchers» by the street theater «Plasticine Rain» from Samara will become part of the cultural program of the opening. Acrobatic performances on stilts, unusual clown performances and street performances are loved by the audience not only in Russia but also abroad. The theater team participated in the closing ceremony of the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi and is a semi-finalist of the television project «Minute of Glory» on Channel One.

The production of «Dreamcatchers» is a beautiful and exciting story about the eternal struggle between good and evil, told in the language of plasticity and aerial acrobatics. According to legend, dream catchers protect a sleeping person from evil spirits and diseases: bad dreams get entangled in the web of the amulet, and good ones slip through it. During the show, the audience will be transported into the world of dreams and see acrobats hovering over the Academy. Will the dream be kind, will it envelop like a soft blanket, or will it make you experience completely different emotions? They decide — dream catchers.

The grand opening of the Academy on May 27 will bring together hundreds of participants from all over the country. Among them are experts and figures of culture and arts, leaders of public opinion and the media, representatives of NGOs and government institutions, residents and ambassadors of the Tavrida art cluster. The audience of the program will be residents and guests of the Republic of Crimea. Meganom Academy of Creative Industries is a new concept of educational environment for young representatives of culture, art and creative industries. This is a platform where you can get professional education under the supervision of recognized leaders in the areas and take part in interactive projects prepared in cooperation with leading institutions and corporate partners.
