Attention: acceptance of documents for registration of real estate of new territories in the MFC of Sevastopol has begun

From October 1, 2025, 4 “My Documents” centers in Sevastopol began accepting applications and documents from copyright holders for registration of real estate located on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, as well as Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
In order to use the services of the “My Documents” centers, you must register in advance. Registration is carried out through an electronic queue management system. You can get a coupon either on the official website of the Sevastopol MFC (section “Pre-registration”) or by calling the contact center.
In Sevastopol: by calling the Call Center 122 (extension 5) and +7 (8692) 417-100 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 15:00.
