In Bakhchisarai, police officers, together with FSB operatives, stopped the illegal activities of an official — a bailiff.
It was established that in 2022, a woman, holding the position of a bailiff for enforcement proceedings in the city of Bakhchisarai, using her official powers, received a bribe from a local resident for the termination and cancellation of the compulsory punishment imposed on him by the court in the form of compulsory labor for a period of 20 hours— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
Having received money in the amount of 25 thousand rubles, the official prepared and placed in the enforcement proceedings fake documents on the citizen serving his sentence, on the basis of which she issued a decision to end the enforcement proceedings and cancel all prescribed enforcement measures.
The suspect has now been suspended from duty. The materials collected by the police were transferred to the bodies of the Investigative Committee for a procedural decision.
