Bailiffs expelled foreign citizens from the territory of Crimea
Last Wednesday, employees of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, on the basis of decisions of the internal affairs body, transported to Vnukovo International Airport 6 foreign citizens of one of the countries of Central Asia, as well as 1 foreign citizen of one of the countries of the South Caucasus, who were on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, for violating the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the country, expressed in the absence of appropriate permitting documents (note — part 1.1 of article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Subsequently, from there foreign citizens were expelled back to their states.
In addition, for violating the current legislation of Russia, they were given administrative fines and were also banned from entering the territory of the Russian Federation for five years.
