The amount of bank loans received by regional businesses in 2022, 27 billion rubles. This is almost 9% more than a year earlier. The growth in lending activity was observed mainly among agricultural enterprises — compared to the previous year, the volume of borrowed funds here increased by 2.6 times. The reason is the expansion of sown areas of grain crops. Small and medium-sized enterprises last year received almost 17.7 billion rubles, which is 18.6% more than a year ago.
Government programs to support enterprises and the easing of corporate lending conditions in 2022 helped maintain the availability of loans for businesses. In addition, the Bank of Russia recommended that financial market participants actively implement their own debt restructuring programs— quotes the press service of the manager of the Sevastopol Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Mikhail Bezhan.
As of January 1, 2023, the corporate portfolio in Sevastopol amounted to about 13.7 billion rubles, having increased by 6.5% over the year.
