Government programs to support enterprises and the easing of corporate lending conditions in 2022 helped maintain the availability of loans for businesses. In addition, the Bank of Russia recommended that financial market participants actively implement their own debt restructuring programs— quotes the press service of the manager of the Sevastopol Branch of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Mikhail Bezhan.
As of January 1, 2023, the corporate portfolio in Sevastopol amounted to about 13.7 billion rubles, having increased by 6.5% over the year.
