CrimeaPRESS reports:
The head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov announced the changes that will affect the border checkpoints to the Crimea from the territory of the Kherson region.
A decision was made to expand the border crossing points to Crimea, additional lanes for traffic will be allocated. Also, in the near future, the government commission, in agreement with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Shakirzyanovich Khusnullin, will consider a proposal to remove restrictions on the importation of vehicles for personal use registered in the territory of Ukraine into the republic, Aksyonov said.
According to him, most of the time is occupied by activities related to security. It is still impossible to avoid this, so those who enter Crimea from the Kherson region should be patient.
I also want to inform the Crimean entrepreneurs that there are no restrictions on the export of products to the Kherson region and the liberated territories of the Zaporozhye region. The exceptions are cereals and fertilizers. We believe that within 10 days we will improve the situation. The measures taken will help reduce the waiting time and create more comfortable conditions for people to cross the border , the Head of Crimea emphasized.
