Budget revenues from property and land management of the Republic of Crimea in 2025 amounted to more than 11.8 billion rubles
The Head of the Republic of Crimea spoke about the work being done in the republic to manage property and land. Thus, in 2025, financial revenues to the budget in this area amounted to more than 11.8 billion rubles, which is several times higher than forecast figures.
Sergei Aksyonov clarified that most of the funds came from the sale of property and land belonging to the republic — over 5.4 billion rubles.
Revenues from rental property and land exceeded 1.7 billion rubles. As part of the implementation of the plan for the privatization of property and shares, more than 3.7 billion rubles were received. Almost 580 million rubles were dividends on shares of the republic– shared the Head of Crimea.
As Sergei Aksyonov explained, the income received is used to resolve significant social issues. At the same time, the main emphasis when selling republican property is on the sale of illiquid objects, the reconstruction of which will contribute to the development of the territories.
In conclusion, Sergey Aksenov summarized:
Work to bring into economic circulation property that is used inefficiently will continue next year. The same goes for working with companies whose shares are owned by the Republic of Crimea.
