Cash disbursement of federal funds for the implementation of national projects in Crimea amounted to more than 38%

At the end of April, the total percentage of federal funds disbursement for all national projects implemented in Crimea amounted to more than 38%. This is the best indicator in the Southern Federal District. The average percentage of cash execution in the Russian Federation is 23.3%. Recall that this year the Republic of Crimea is participating in the implementation of 12 national projects with a total funding of 17.4 billion rubles.
In Crimea, 46 regional projects are being implemented to achieve indicators and results. Curators and leaders at the regional and federal levels have been appointed for each of the projects. All national projects implemented in the region affect the areas of education, culture, healthcare and ecology, entrepreneurship, development of road facilities and a comfortable urban environment.
The main result of the implementation of national projects should be real changes for the better in the lives of Russians and Crimeans in particular. The purpose of the national projects is to raise the level of well-being of our citizens, ensure the availability and quality of education, healthcare, support families and reduce poverty.
The Regional Project Office of the Republic of Crimea studied the dynamics of ongoing activities for 4 months of 2023, aimed at achieving milestones for national projects. Achieved 74 out of 146 indicators, as well as 48 out of 133 results.
At the moment, 100% of the cash development of the federal budget has been achieved under the national project «Labor Productivity». The most successfully mastered funds and within the framework of the national project «Health» — 65.6%, «Small and medium-sized businesses» — 56.7%, «Safe high-quality roads» — 56.5% of the allocated funds. The least active implementation was recorded in the national project «Education», «Ecology» and «Tourism and hospitality industry».
The Regional Project Office regularly publishes news photo reports on the Portal of the Government of the Republic of Crimea based on the results of ongoing monitoring of regional and national projects, and posts monthly analytical presentations on achieving the targets of national projects.
An online map with a list of facilities under construction or repaired as part of national projects is constantly updated. There is a separate list of public areas to be improved. Highways being repaired in accordance with the national project «Safe Quality Roads» can be seen on road repair.
