An application for establishing the fact of permanent residence is submitted to the court at the place of residence of the applicant. The relevant application must indicate for what purpose the applicant needs to establish this fact, and must also provide evidence confirming the permanent residence of the applicant. Such evidence can be: testimonies of relatives, colleagues, neighbors; certificates from schools, sections, kindergartens that the applicant’s children attended them; documents from work, such as a copy of a work book or an employment contract; certificates from the hospital, utility bills, apartment rental agreement, etc.
