She clarified that the main parameters of the current year’s budget were as follows: total revenue decreased by 279.6 million rubles, amounting to 254.4 billion rubles, total expenses decreased by 915.1 million rubles, amounting to 270 billion rubles, the budget deficit decreased by 635.5 million rubles, amounting to 15.6 billion rubles.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that the change in the total volume Republican budget revenues for 2025 are due to an increase in tax and non-tax revenues by 1.6 billion rubles. to the level of 119.9 billion rubles. and a reduction in gratuitous receipts by 1.9 billion rubles. to the level of 134.5 billion rubles.

The 2025 budget deficit is fully covered by the balance of budget funds at the beginning of this year in the amount of 11.8 billion rubles, funds from the sale of shares in the amount of 3.3 billion rubles, and budget loans from other budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation for a total amount of 421 million rubles.

In 2026-2027, the bill provides for a reduction in the total revenue of the republican budget by 1.3 billion rubles. and by 272.2 million rubles. respectively. The expenditure side of the budget for 2026 was reduced by 1 billion rubles, for 2027 it was increased by 458.7 million rubles. The republican budget deficit is planned to increase in 2026-2027 by 286.7 million rubles. and by 730.9 million rubles. respectively. As part of the revenue side of the republican budget in 2026-2027, the volume of tax and non-tax revenues has not changed, gratuitous receipts are planned to be reduced by 1.3 billion rubles. and by 272.2 million rubles. respectively. The main volume of reduction falls on the implementation of measures for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol — 1.8 billion rubles. and 539.9 million rubles. respectively.
