This week, a cold front will break into Crimea through the Black Sea and bring with it showers of snow. The temperature promises to drop to zero. This is the forecast for the upcoming seven-day period on radio «Sputnik in Crimea» given by leading specialist of the Phobos Weather Center Evgeny Tishkovets.
According to the expert, the beginning of the week starts with anticyclonic weather, and on Monday there is a lot of sun and no precipitation in Crimea. At night the air can cool down to +2, but in the daytime you can count on it warming up to at least +15… +18 degrees.
But on Tuesday the situation will begin to change. Although no precipitation is expected overnight, during the day the influence of the cyclone trough will be felt with the arrival of the so-called occlusion front. There will be short rains, and the air temperature will drop to + 10… +13.
On Wednesday night you can expect a short break in precipitation, temperature + 4… +9. But in the daytime at the equator of the week the situation will worsen with the arrival of a cold atmospheric front, the forecaster warns.
Residents of the European territory of Russia next week will experience the so-called return of cold weather, and a wedge of Arctic air will reach the south of our country. And during the day, a cold front will break through the Black Sea, and accordingly, there will be heavy rains, in some places mixed with sleetsaid Tishkovets.
The temperature on Wednesday will not rise above +10 degrees. On Thursday at night it will already be 0… +5, and during the day you should not expect warmer temperatures +7… +10.
The region will remain in the rear zone of the cyclone. Therefore, partly cloudy. In some places, short-term precipitation, mainly in the form of rain, but again in some places with sleet, and in the mountains even with snow — added the specialist.
And only by the end of the week the background atmospheric pressure will begin to gradually increase and precipitation will gradually decrease, and gaps will appear in the clouds, Tishkovets said.
But the temperature at night at the end of the work week will also be somewhere from 0 to + 3 degrees, and during the day, due to a small influx of radiant energy from the sun, it will rise to + 10… +15. However, light rain is still possible in places. So let’s take out umbrellas and warm clothes and prepare for the coming cold snapthe weather forecaster warned.
