Competition for filling vacant positions of notaries engaged in private practice in the LPR

Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Lugansk People’s Republic (hereinafter referred to as the Department) in connection with the availability of vacant notary positions established by Decree of the Head of the Lugansk People’s Republic dated 02.02.2023 No. UG-90/23 “On determining the limits of notarial districts and the number of notary positions in notarial districts within the boundaries of the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic Republic», the termination of the powers of notaries engaged in private practice in the Krasnoluchsky city notary district, in the Antratsitovsky city district notary district, and the opening of vacant notary positions in the above notarial districts, taking into account the letter of the Office of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Donetsk People’s Republic dated November 19, 2025 No. 80/04-3871/25, announces holding a competition to fill the following vacant positions of notaries engaged in private practice in the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
