The night before, the Sevastopol Center for Culture and Arts hosted a concert-requiem «Heroes are not born — Heroes are made.»
The concert was dedicated to the memory of Russian soldiers who died during a special military operation. Relatives of the military asked to hold such a concert, on my instructions, the regional branch of the United Russia party took up the organization— said the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.
The orchestra of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation, the orchestra of the 810th separate guards brigade of the marine corps performed for the families of the participants of the NWO. The servicemen who play in these bands took part in a special operation. The concert also involved the creative teams of the City Center for Social and Sports Programs, the vocal group «Remix», the regional department of the Yunarmiya and the regional department of the All-Russian Movement of Children and Youth «Movement of the First», third-graders of school No. 22.
According to the governor of Sevastopol, such events should become support for the wives, mothers, sisters, and children of servicemen.
