The Federal Target Program for the socio-economic development of Crimea and Sevastopol was adopted in 2014, and later it was reformatted into a state program. The key facilities already created are the Crimean Bridge, an energy bridge, a new airport in Simferopol, two thermal power plants, engineering structures for providing water to eastern Crimea and the Tavrida highway. The volume of financing of the state program is 840 billion rubles.
