Crimea doctors master new methods of treating brush pathologies
Krympress reports:
For the first time in the Republic of Crimea, the doctors of the GBUZ RK “Simferopol Clinical Emergency Hospital No. 6” conducted operational treatment in the form of two -stage plastic tint fingers. Earlier, for these operations, patients were sent to other clinics in the country.
According to Konstantin Ozerov, the chief freelance traumatologist-orthopedist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea, the patient with complaints of impaired the function of the brush turned to the medical organization. Due to the previously suffered injury, the patient lost the opportunity to normally move with brush and fingers. This interfered with him in his work and everyday life.
After the examination, old damage to the fingers of the fingers was revealed, which cannot be restored by conventional stitching. Experts decided to carry out a reconstructive surgery in the form of a two-stage tendon plastic.
At the stage of preoperative planning, the optimal tactics of intervention were chosen in order to preserve not damaged structures and restore lost ones. The patient was implanted with tendon endoprosthesis and reconstruction of the flexor tendon channel. The operation was carried out without general anesthesia.
After the course of recovery treatment and rehabilitation, a man will have the second stage of the operation in the form of transplantation of his own tendon in the channel restored thanks to the endoprosthesis.
Thus, the active introduction of modern technologies in the treatment of brush pathology continues to the GBUZ of the Republic of Crimea “Simferopol Clinical Hospital No. 6”.
