Crimea introduces a million square meters of housing contrary to the shortage of building materials

If you look at the level of self -sufficiency of building materials, that is, positions that do not exceed 50% of their own production. Therefore, the task of our industrialists to localize the maximum production here. First of all, it is a construction industry: aerated concrete, canvas, drywall and other materials that are actively used at the Crimean construction site— said the minister.

He noted that the participation of almost all constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the industry forum indicates a high interest in the development of the industrial potential of Crimea. Agadzhanyan noted that a number of exhibition participants in the future can become residents of the industrial park in Feodosia.

Work on the launch of the facility is carried out in active mode, added Deputy Minister Irina Frolova.

In early summer, the park was commissioned. Today, the management company is already actively working with potential residents, considering their documentation, and in the near future it is planned to conclude the first agreements. Perhaps at the end of September the official opening of the industrial park will be held— she said.

According to her, at the moment part of the enterprises that will accurately place their production there are already determined. We are talking about both companies working in the construction industry and manufacturers of consumer goods. Frolova noted that now we can talk about positive dynamics: the launch of the Industrial Park will create attractive conditions for investors and will become a point of growth of industrial production in the region.
