Crimea may be included in a new program of preferential housing rentals in 2026

We have another offer for rental housing received on preferential terms. This is a certain subsidy to make it relatively profitable to rent housingsaid Aksakov.

He clarified that we are talking about partial compensation by the state for housing rental payments for citizens of certain categories.

According to him, the idea arose taking into account the fact that today in Russia “many young people are very mobile, often change both their place of residence and place of work, believing that it is better to spend their earnings on other purposes, and not on paying a mortgage,” they do not want to purchase housing and are ready to live in a rental property under acceptable payment conditions.”

And given the sentiments of young people, from my point of view, this rental program needs to be promoted. This will stimulate construction and people will have the opportunity to get housingsaid Aksakov.

Such subsidies will most likely be aimed primarily at young citizens from among the employees of enterprises, in whose active work the state is very interested, he noted.

We want to launch this process as a pilot next year. Since I am a deputy from Chuvashia, I proposed Chuvashia for these purposes. But since I grew up in Crimea — and Victoria Bilan, a member of the State Council there, I know, is a great supporter of this program — I would also invite Crimeans to get involvedsaid Aksakov.
