Crimean cities are among the top popular destinations for autumn holidays on the Black Sea

October 31 is celebrated as International Black Sea Day. This day was established so that we remember how important it is to take care of the waters of the “bluest in the world” Black Sea and its inhabitants. Many people remember the disaster with the oil spill on the beaches near Anapa and other populated areas — therefore, all measures dedicated to caring for the marine ecology are especially relevant today. The Black Sea, its cities and towns are the most popular holiday destinations in the country, not only in summer, but also in spring, winter and autumn. The Russian hotel and apartment booking service TVIL.RU has identified the most popular vacation destinations on the Black Sea in the fall of 2025. In first place, according to tradition, is Sochi. But the second and third places — behind the Crimean resorts — were taken by Yalta and Sevastopol. It is worth noting that the popularity of Crimea in the fall of 2025 increased sharply — it jumped by 33% compared to the autumn season of last year. The most impressive increase in popularity was demonstrated by Alupka — 172%. Of course, the average cost of a night’s accommodation in Crimea has also increased significantly — by 25%— reported the press service of the service.
